Apple Sandwiches
I don't know about you, but I am always looking for fun, yummy, nutritious lunches. Jemma would eat sandwiches for every meal, but I'd rather her not stuff herself with bread all day. Luckily, we have a compromise. APPLE SANDWICHES! They are super simple, but SO good. I usually have to make a few, because I find myself eating them, too.
To make them, simply slice up an apple, add peanut butter (or any other nut/seed butter), and top with raisins on one side. Then close them up like a sandwich and eat 'em! They would be good with any dried fruit, really.
